Our approach

Five stages from first email to follow-up call

Designed around the Personal Financial Review and adapted for shorter pension or protection engagements. No dashboards to learn — just documents, conversation, and a letter you can keep.

Notebook and pen beside printed financial schedules

Stage one

Enquiry

You tell us what prompted the contact — a remortgage date, a stack of deferred pensions, or a wish to map income before leaving work. We reply within two working days with a suggested consultation type and an indicative fee.

Stage two

Checklist

We send a short list: recent pension statements, three months of bank summaries, mortgage or rent figures, and protection schedules if you have them. Incomplete packs are fine; we note gaps in the meeting rather than delaying for perfection.

Stage three

Discovery meeting

Ninety minutes in St. Conn or by video. We walk through goals, obligations, and existing arrangements. You should leave knowing which questions we can answer in writing and which need a different specialist.

Stage four

Written summary

Within seven working days for a standard review, you receive a position summary and a prioritised action list with estimated timelines. Recommendations stay specific to UK tax wrappers and your stated risk comfort.

Stage five

Follow-up

One call within thirty days clarifies the letter. Ongoing annual reviews are optional and quoted separately — there is no automatic subscription attached to the first engagement.

Begin with the consultation that fits

If you already know you need a full household reading, start with the Personal Financial Review. Otherwise, browse the shorter sessions.
